Vegan Gluten-free Biscuits

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  • Add chilled vegan butter or coconut oil in small clumps and mix into flour mix
  • Add milk 1/4 cup at a time; add apple cider vinegar
  • Knead dough; add flour as necessary if dough is sticky
  • Shape biscuits with hands
  • Bake for 15 minutes
